We are looking for a results-oriented Parts Manager who understands how to run a modern, efficient, and profit-driven parts department that supports both retail and fixed operations growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all aspects of the Parts Department operations * Develop and execute inventory strategies aligned with service demand and sales growth * Maintain optimal stock levels across ICE, hybrid, and EV parts categories * Drive strong collaboration with Service to maximize technician efficiency and bay productivity * Grow wholesale parts business with body shops and independent repair facilities * Manage vendor/OEM relationships and ensure timely procurement * Monitor pricing strategy, margins, and departmental profitability * Train, develop, and hold team members accountable to performance standards * Ensure clean processes for ordering, receiving, returns, and inventory accuracy
